WooCommerce

Red Bone Cutlery uses WooCommerce to operate the online store. WooCommerce order records may contain the customer and transaction information described above.

Payments and PayPal

PayPal is an external payment processor offered at checkout. When you select PayPal or an eligible PayPal-supported payment option, payment and transaction information is sent to and processed by PayPal under PayPal’s own terms and privacy practices. Red Bone Cutlery receives information needed to confirm and administer the transaction, such as payment status and transaction identifiers. Red Bone Cutlery does not intentionally receive or store your full payment-card number through the WooCommerce checkout.

Tax Calculation

The store uses WooCommerce Tax and related Automattic or WordPress.com services. Customer location, shipping destination, cart, and order information may be processed as necessary to determine applicable sales tax and maintain related records.

Google Services

Red Bone Cutlery uses Google for WooCommerce to connect product information with Google Merchant Center and uses a Google Ads conversion-measurement connection. Depending on your browser settings, consent choices, and how these services operate, Google may receive information about website visits, product interactions, referrals, device or browser characteristics, and completed-purchase events. Google may use cookies or similar measurement technologies for these purposes. Google processes this information under its own privacy policies and controls.

Red Bone Cutlery does not use these connections to create customer accounts with Google. Advertising and measurement controls provided by Google or your browser may affect how these technologies operate.

Hosting and Other Service Providers

The website is hosted by Hostinger. Hostinger may process server logs, IP addresses, device or browser information, and website data as needed to host, secure, cache, maintain, and troubleshoot the site. WooCommerce creates store and order emails, which are sent through the site?s Hostinger-hosted mail environment. PayPal may process transaction, security, and fraud-prevention information when its payment service is used. WooCommerce Tax, Google, PayPal, Hostinger, and USPS process information for the functions described in this policy.

Shipping and Fulfillment

We use customer names, shipping addresses, contact details, and order information to prepare and fulfill shipments. Information may be shared with the United States Postal Service as needed to purchase postage, create shipping labels, provide tracking, and deliver orders. The store currently describes its standard service as USPS Ground Advantage. No separate website-connected fulfillment provider is currently configured.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

WordPress and WooCommerce use essential cookies or similar browser storage to operate carts, checkout, sessions, account login where available, security features, and customer preferences. Disabling essential storage may prevent parts of the store from working properly.

Google conversion measurement and other connected services may use cookies or similar technologies to measure visits, referrals, product interactions, and purchase events where applicable. Your browser and the relevant service providers may offer controls for these technologies.

Product Reviews and Communications

If you submit a product review, the information entered in the review form may be collected along with technical information such as your IP address and browser information for moderation, security, or spam prevention. Approved review content and the display name you provide may be visible publicly. The site does not provide general public file uploads or public editorial accounts.

If you contact Red Bone Cutlery, we use the information you provide to respond, provide customer service, and retain an appropriate record of the communication.

How Information Is Shared
