Shipping Rate

Shipping is $6.95 per order. The charge is applied once to the order and is not charged per item.

Shipping Method

Orders are generally shipped using USPS Ground Advantage. Red Bone Cutlery may use another appropriate carrier or service when operationally necessary. Expedited or Priority Mail service is not currently offered as a separate checkout option.

Where We Ship

At launch, we ship to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC. We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, Canada, or other international destinations.

Order Processing

Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Same-day shipment is not guaranteed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are generally prepared on the next business day.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided when the shipping label is created and the order is prepared for carrier pickup. Initial carrier scan timing may vary.

Packaging

Knives are packed for protection using an appropriate padded mailer or box based on the order and the product packaging.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If you discover an address error before shipment, contact sales@redbonecutlery.com immediately. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order is placed.

Delayed or Damaged Shipments

After a shipment is accepted by the carrier, delivery timing and scans are controlled by the carrier. If tracking shows an unusual delay or another delivery problem, please contact us so we can help review the shipment. Carrier delays do not automatically qualify an order for a refund.

If you receive an incorrect item or an item that arrives damaged, contact us promptly. Please also review our Returns & Refunds policy.

Sales Tax on Shipping

Shipping charges may be subject to sales tax where required by applicable law.
